If your organization is willing to let us present to your members, and allow promotion on your website and at your location, we'll provide a presentation on real estate investing and how it can help build wealth, tailored to people of all ages and income levels.
This isn't a sales pitch dressed up as a seminar. It's the same practical guidance we give our own clients, made available to your community.

If the presentation or relationships with your members generate business, Texas Portfolio Realty will donate 1% of the resulting Buyer's Commission at closing to the 501(c)(3) that helped create the connection.
How the Donation Works
Documented on the Closing Disclosure
The donation is documented directly on the final Closing Disclosure for the transaction.
Paid Directly by the Title Company
The title company issues the check directly to your organization after the transaction closes and funds. No funds pass through Texas Portfolio Realty.

What does the presentation cover?

What does our organization need to provide?
Three things: let us present to your members, allow promotion of the partnership on your website, and allow promotion at your location. There is no cost to the organization or its members.
How does the donation work?
When a member becomes a buyer, 1% of the resulting buyer's commission is donated at closing to the 501(c)(3) that helped create the connection. The donation is documented on the final Closing Disclosure and the title company issues the check directly to your organization. No funds pass through Texas Portfolio Realty.
Is there any cost to our members?
No. The education is free. Members who choose to work with us are represented under a standard buyer's agreement, exactly as any other client would be.
